My name is Kevin Thompson and I’ve been a home-based business owner since 1996.

Like most business owners, I’ve certainly had my share of challenges, and there were many times I wondered if I’d ever be successful.

But…

I Recently Made A Discovery
That Changed My Life FOREVER
Here’s the story:

On May 29, 2006 I got a phone call from a good friend of mine who began telling me about a DVD called “The Secret”, and the incredible transformation he’d been through after watching it.

After hearing his story, I knew that I had to get a copy of this DVD for myself.

As soon as we ended our conversation, I signed online to place my request.

When I found the DVD in my mailbox, on the evening of June 14th, 2006, I felt like a child on Christmas morning.

I immediately took it into the house so I could watch it with my wife Lisa.

And let me tell you, 89 minutes later, the two of us were in utter amazement.

You see - I’d heard about this secret in the past, but until this moment in time, I never really understood it.

But, after watching the DVD, it made complete sense, and though I was a little bit skeptical, I was really excited to see what would happen when I began taking advantage of “The Secret”.

The next morning, using my new found knowledge, I spent about 20 minutes writing out a short list of goals for myself.

Prior to watching this movie, one of my goals was to buy a new Dodge extended cab diesel pick up truck by June 1, 2007.

But…

Now that I understood “The Secret”, and realized that I could have ANYTHING in life that I wanted, my goals had changed dramatically.

No longer did I want a Dodge pick up.

When I’d finished writing my goals, I shared them with Lisa.

And though she watched the movie with me, when she saw the Maroon H2 at the top of my list, it took her by surprise.

“Kevin”, she said, “How are we going to be able to afford a brand new Hummer? Those things cost a lot of money”.

To which I replied, “I’m not sure honey, but according to the movie, I don’t have to concern myself with that part of the equation. All I have to do is decide that I want the Hummer. And once I’ve made this decision, I’ll be able to have it”.

Even though she’d watched the movie with me, and was moved by it as well, I think she was surprised by the fact that I was taking it so seriously.

And the truth is, I was still a little bit skeptical, wondering if it really was this easy to have anything and everything we sincerely want from life - faster and easier than we ever imagined.

That’s when I remembered what Jack Canfield said in the movie.

When he first discovered “The Secret”...

That’s why he decided to treat it like a game.

At the time, his goal was to have an income of $100,000.00 by the end of the year.

Since he was only making a fraction of that figure at the time, this was a HUGE goal.

Well…

One thing led to another, and by the end of the year, Jack had made $96,000.00, and he was fired up.

He had just proved that “The Secret” worked, and he could now use it at will. Sure, he missed his goal by a couple thousand, but do you think he was complaining?

Of course not

Since that time, Jack has used “The Secret” to amass a fortune for himself and his family.

After hearing Jack’s story, I knew in my heart that I wanted the same kind of results for my family, and though I was a bit skeptical, I didn’t have a problem treating it as a game, just like Jack had.

And here’s the best part:

Using “The Secret” is SO EASY.

Over the next few months, I began using “The Secret” in my own life, and sure enough, the money started flowing, and let me tell you - it was flowing fast.

To make a long story short, I accomplished my first BIG goal in 149 days.

Talk about an exciting day!

Every time I drive the Hummer (or see it sitting in the driveway), it’s a reminder that we truly can have anything and everything we sincerely want from life - faster and easier than we ever imagined.

But… that’s not where this story ends.

In fact, this is where it gets REALLY interesting.

After watching this movie, I was able to look back over my life and recall specific times when I actually used “The Secret”, and got results that were nothing short of a miracle.

Only problem was, I didn’t realize what I was doing, and therefore, wasn’t able to repeat the process.

Here's A Perfect Example...
One of my mentors is Matt Furey, and I’ve been a long standing member of his elite Mastermind Group.

In March of 2004, I was in Tampa for one of Matt’s 2-day Mastermind Meetings.

On the last day of this meeting, Matt and I were having a private conversation and I was telling him that I was thinking about getting rid of my cleaning business so I could move on to bigger and better things.

Though he whole-heartedly agreed that it would be a smart move for me to do so, I was still scared to make the leap because it meant that I would have to give up the income that the business generated for me.

To which Matt said, “Look Kevin, you know as well as I do that this cleaning business is like an albatross that’s hanging around your neck. And the faster you get rid of it, the faster you’ll be able to start doing what you REALLY want to do with your life”.

After putting it this way, I knew that Matt was right, and in that instant, I made the decision that I would sell the cleaning business.

Matt then asked me, “Now that you’ve made this decision, how does it feel”?

“Great”, I exclaimed!

“Alright then”, Matt continued, “I need to let you in on something”.

“What’s that”, I asked.

“Now that you’ve made this decision, and it feels 100% right to you”, he went on to say, “things will now fall into place, the sale of your business will take place, and when it does, you’re going to be amazed at how easy it REALLY was”.

At the time, I didn’t really understand what Matt was telling me, but I WILL say this – he was absolutely right.

Two days after returning home from Tampa, a business broker called my home office, and out of the blue he says, “I’ve got a client who lives in California. He and his family are going to be relocating to Washington State and they’re looking to buy a cleaning business as well.

Are you at all interested in selling your business”?

WOW.

I Was Dumbfounded
But – I was starting to get the picture, and now understood what Matt had been trying to tell me.

To make a long story short, I sold my business on April 19, 2004 – and I have to admit, it was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done.

When I look back on this experience, and the decision I made (with Matt’s help), to sell my cleaning business, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.

Since then, I’ve gone on to accomplish many great things, and my income has grown by leaps and bounds.
Even at that, I still didn’t have a REAL understanding of why - or how things fell into place SO easily.

And because I didn’t understand “The Secret” at the time, there was no way for me to repeat the process again.

But…

Fast Forward To November 11, 2006
After watching the DVD that my friend told me about, I then wrote down a few of my goals.

Today – I had just realized one of my BIG goals, and was now the proud owner of a brand new Hummer H2.
As I was driving home from the dealership, that’s when it hit me.

I now possessed “The Secret”, and could replicate it at will, anytime I so desired.

After hearing my story, and the incredible life-changing events that have happened in my life over the last few months, I’m sure it's resonated with you.
